Halloween

A very unlikely trio. Spiderman, Pocahontas and Albert Einstein.
Photobucket
Parker looked oh soo tough as Spiderman this year. Besides terrifying young children due to the mask he was the sweetest web spinning spiderman ever.
Photobucket
Kennidi was our adorable Pocahontas this year. She didn't even know who she was until we watched the movie. I figured this will probably be my last year influencing her on what she wants to be. Sad but true. She loved the look though, she thought it was pretty funny.

And then there's this guy,our very own Albert Einstein. This little boy was such a crack up. Everyone was so amazed that he kept the glasses and the stache on. We had do something that had to due with his crazy blonde hair. This was perfect!!

The annual pumkin carving. My sweet husband made did a portrait of me this year. Yes the pumkin throwing up is me. That's my fun little hobby with this pregnancy. So clever Michael!!

One of my favorite traditions, donuts on a string.

This year we went to Vertuccio Farms for the first time. We had a blast. Mike and Parker loved the huge corn maze and I kept busy with the other kids with all the other fun activities.

A Lot to Celebrate

Photobucket
That's right we are expecting baby # 4 this May.  We are so excited to welcome another memeber to our crazy little family. It seems like forever since we have had a baby around here. Our kids couldn't be more exciited. It's really fun this time around because Parker is five and he really understands what is happening. He is so adorable, he loves to rub my belly and give it kisses already. I'm just nervous the kids will fight over the baby because they are obsessed with babies. We'll see how it goes. I'm 12 weeks along and I am ready to be done being sick. This pregnacy has been aweful. I've been sick with the other 3 kids, but nothing like this. I thought for sure we were having twins because it is easily twice as bad as usaul, but I'm not. DARN! It would have been nice to be completely done after this. This bump ahead costume is how we told both of our families at our Halloween parties. It was really fun to see everyone's reaction. Some were really confused. It was priceless.

Another thing that we are celebrating around here is our anniversary. Mike and I celebrated seven years of being married a couple weeks ago. It is really crazy that it has been that long. We have had a lot of fun  these last seven years raising a family together. I couldn't ask for a better husband and father. Love you Mikey!!

Mike had to suprise me like usual for our anniversary. He knows I love suprises but he loves playing mind games with me for weeks before we leave about where we are going. Of course he didn't tell me where until we were driving there. Got to love him. We ended up going away for the weekend to Tuscon. He made all these plans to go to Colossal Cave before we knew how sick I was. We were both nervous on how I would  be on the tour, especially since I would have no where to throw up. Luckily our reservation was a good time of the day for me. We had a lot of fun. We did the ladder tour. It was crazy going through all these tiny parts of the cave. It was really cool!

That night we went to Old Pueblo Grill for dinner. Mike and I are bad about trying new restaurants but I'm glad Mike planned to go here because it was delicious. We went to a movie after which was almost completely ruined by this really annoying guy narrating the movie the whole time. We definitely have a lot of funny memories of some of the people we ran into in Tuscon. It was so nice to get away together the weekend!

A Five Year Old, really??

I can not belive I have a five year old. Wow do I feel old!!!  Parker turned five two weeks ago and he couldn't be any happier. We have been waiting for this milestone for a while because in the past when Parker didn't want to eat or do something, he would always say, " Well when I turn 5, I'll like salad." or whatever he didn't want. Let's see if that holds up. This boy is so outgoing and fun. He is constantly making me laugh. He is very determined in whatever he is doing. He loves doing things that are detailed like legos, puzzles and his new favorite thing that he got from Grandma and Grandpa, his light bright.  He is very sensitive to other people's feelings and he wants to include everyone. His best friend is his Dad, and he wants to be exactly like him. He's already 100 percent positive he wants to be an Accountant when he grows up. Exciting:) He loves to go golfing with Dad and he loves reading books with Mom at night. He's my trouble maker but also my sweetheart and we just love Parker so much!

You might not be able to tell from this picture but he was so excited when he saw his new big kid bike. He has to ride it every where we go.
Photobucket
His actually birthday was jam packed with activities. We started off the morning with Parker and Kennidi's first soccer game.
Photobucket
Right after that he had primary progrm practice, which by the way he did such an amazing job this year. It was his first time talking in the microphone and he talked slow and loud, it was perfect. Anyways right after that we had his birthday party at Freestone Park.  We took these crazy 11 boys ice blocking. It was a little chaotic but the kids had a blast. My in laws came and helped out which was amazing because it was quite the party. We will definitely be going ice blocking again with our kids soon, because it's so simple but the kids just loved it.

Photobucket
The boys had fun taking turns on the ice block, sqirting water guns, rolling down the hills, going on a scavenger hunt and they even had a water balloon fight.
Photobucket
Photobucket
Mike was the all star of the day. I don't know how many times he lugged the ice blocks up and down the hill. He definitely deserves the title of # 1 Dad.
Photobucket
Parker really wanted a Spiderman themed party this year.
Photobucket
His cake turned out pretty good, I was sad when some of the food coloring started dripping, but what can you do. He loved it, that's all that matters.

It was definitely a fun filled day, I'm just so happy September is over. What a crazy month!

Two

This adorable little boy is now 2 years old. Pierce is one of those kids that you can't help but smile everytime you see him. He has the coolest personality. He's very laid back but at the same time he knows how to get what he wants. He is our "Bubbers" and we just can't get enough of him. He loves running arond with Parker and Kennidi and doing whatever they do. He's very sweet and still likes to cuddle and always wants to hold my hand. He loves Bubble Guppies, milk, playing outside, grapes, dressing up, cars.
Photobucket
When Mike's family asked what Pierce wanted for his birthday, I said that he would love dress up clothes, That way he doesn't  have to constantly dress up in Kennid's dresses and heels and what you know Mike's lovely brother got him fairy wings. The kids thought it was pretty funny.

In the morning he loved runnning through the streamers for his big birthday day.

Pierce (the kids) loved his new wooden train.

We had a little swim /bbq party that night to celebrate.

We had a gone fishing theme and I'm very happy with how the cake turned out. It was super easy too.

Mexico

Photobucket

We went to Rocky Point for Labor Day weekend. It was so enjoyable getting away.Beside the crazy humidity, we had a great weekend. I had it in my mind that we would spend all day everyday at the beach. Not soo much.. It was so hot and sticky, it was hard to relax or play on the beach. Not sure if we'll go again in the summer. I really enjoy going spring break when the weather is better.

Photobucket

Luckily the place we stayed, Los Palomos, had amazing pools.  The kids couldn't get enough of swimming this trip. This was the perfect escape from the heat!
Photobucket

This slide was a highlight of trip. It was so cute, Parker is really becoming the best older brother. He would  hold Kennidi's hand and they would walk up all by themselves. He even started doing it with Pierce too. It was soo nice for us not having to walk up 100 times. My kids are growing up and as sad as it is, it definitely has it's perks too.

Photobucket

We spent a lot of time is time in lazy river. Next time we will be sure to bring tubes.
Photobucket

If you look close, yes my husband is wearing a chain and if you know me, you know that necklaces on guys is one of my pet peves. Don't worry Mike wore it all weekend to drive me crazy. Of course he's trying to be weird. They were " Dog Tags" with the year he graduated. Sooo lame! Got to love him and the weird stuff he comes up with.

These kids had a lot of fun together

At the end of the day the kids were exhausted which was perfect for all of us adults who wanted to play games and relax.  It was a great trip!

Heber Fireworks

Ahhh the Heber Fireworks.... I swear every year they manange to get even better. This time it was way more enjoyable not having all of our kids freaking out because of how loud they are. Parker is FINALLY at the stage where he enjoys them. Kennidi , maybe next year and Pierce well they didn't bug him at all.
026-3
025-5
We also went camping while we were up there. The kids had a blast playing the freezing cold creek.
022-7

019-7
Nothing beats a day spent at the exciting Fish Hatchery around the corner from where we camped. We had a fun group with us. Our 4th of July weekend was a success!
