Ragnar

This past weekend I went to Vegas with 11 other girls for the Ragnar Relay. This is a 188 mile relay race divided between 12 girls. It was one of the crazziest things I have ever done. Each girl runs three different times. Needless to say you are physically exhausted at the end and the lack of sleep pays a toll on your body. I was way undertrained for this beast but I'm just glad I finished even if it meant limping to the end:) I feel so lucky that I went with the most amazing girls. They are all really motivating to me to be a better runner. We laughed so much this trip and even shed some tears. (What do you expect with 12 girls in one van). This is definitley a experience I will always remember.

This belly bump picture is by far the coolest picture of the weekend. I must say I was definitley put to shame by our pregant girls on our team. Both girls are over 20 weeks and dominated in the race. They were both super impressive!!

It was fun pulling to the side of the road and cheering on our runner.

We thought it would be a genius idea to do a classic cartwheel at the exchange. It was a great idea at first not so much by the end of the race.

The night run was pretty crazy, running in the pitch black. But it was by far my favorite run.

We got all freshend up for a night out on the town . We went to dinner at Serendipity and ate yummy food. We were all hobbling around pretty badly, so walking the strip wasn't sounding like such a good idea. Instead we called it a night and had some fun talking in our hotel room.
