Summer is officially here and we are doing everything we can to get out of the heat. A couple weeks ago we headed to the lake. We had a lot of fun! Parker loved riding on the tube and here he is demonstrating his newest craze, giving the thumbs up. He learned it from this really funny kid at church.
Kennidi as you can see was not as big of a fan. Later she warmed up and wanted to ride again.
Camping season has begun and we went to new place( Bear Flatts) last weekend. We loved it because it was so close and we were right by a creek. This was our first camping trip with all three kids so I was a little nervous but everything went very smoothly. The kids just loved being outside and exploring nature.
You can't get any more rugid and mountain men like then Parker.
This baby couldn't get enough of being outside all day long.
Every time we camp we go to great lengths to make sure the kids are comfortable and warm but it never fails they always end up in our bed.
Parker fished for the first time and he was obbessed with it the whole time. Gotta say he was quite the natural.
They loved looking for crawdads.
Ahh young love. These two are 5 days apart and as you can see they are soulmates. We are so glad our friends the Smiths came up for one night. We had a blast.
The love did not end there. Tanner was so cute and full of love as they left.

Oh that looks like so much fun! We will have to go to the lake together this summer. That would be a blast. Your kids are the cutest ever. Parker looks like such a stud, you are going to have to hold the girls back from that kid when he gets older.
Super cute super fun Alecia. Love the stenciling! Love the countdown catepillar! Wish we had some time to camp...pretty non fun summer for us...boohoo.
