America's Next Top Model??

** Caution there are an excessive amount of pictures**
My Mom and friend Emily were nice enough to take pictures of Kennidi. They turned out amazing. Thanks so much!! It was so hard for me to pick and choose my favorites.

I love her face you can totally tell she is thinking why am I wearing this silly hat.
Parker and his poor scuffed up nose. He ate it pretty hard on the concrete.
Got to love ridiculously sized flowersMe trying to feed Kennidi and reason with Parker at the same time.
Now for the not so glamorous shots with my camera. I swear one of these days I am going to get into photography and buy a really nice camera because I love pictures and there is such a huge difference.
What a month its been. I'm almost all the way adjusted to having two kids. Some days I think wow this is so easy and it's not that different. Other days I think what did I get myself into. I love it though. I just can't wait till Kennidi is more predictable and scheduled. I forgot how time consuming newborns are.
Mike loves putting these two in the same crib. He thinks its so funny.
First bath. I love when their umbilical cord comes off and you can give them a full on bath. Its the best!
First road trip with two kids. Call me crazy cause we drove seven hours to St. George for Mike's grandma's 80th b-day party. Of course it turned into a ten hour trip with stopping to feed Kennidi every three hours. It was actually a lot of fun though. I was pleasantly suprised how well they did. Parker being crazy Parker on the Hoover Dam.

She's finally here!!

7 lbs. 14 oz. 21 inches
Our precious little girl is here and we couldn't be happier! Labor story- So I was scheduled to be induced 3 days after my due date Friday morning at 7:30, but I was called at 5:30 to hear that they were crazy busy and that I probably wouldn't be able to come in for a few hours. Well NINE hours later they call and let us go in. Let's just say that the entire day Mike and I just sat by the phone waiting not knowing when we could go in. It was terrible! So the day was not off to a good start. But once I got in I got my potocin at 5. My epidural at 9. Things were smooth sailing. I went from a 5 to a 9 in like an hour so we were not prepared for this. Both of our moms barely made it into the room in time for her birth. Unlike Parker's birth where I felt absolutely no pain, this was definitely different. My epidural started to wear off at the end. But luckily I only had to push for 8 min. She was born at 11:39 on Jan. 30th.

Mike is one proud dad. He refers to himself now as,"Daddy's little girl." What he means to say is that he is loves being a little girls dad. But lets not correct him because its really funny to hear him say.

GIRL POWER! I can't wait to introduce her to girl things like spice girls.haha. But really though I love all the flowers, bows, braclets everything that comes with a little girl.
Parker loves giving her kisses whevever he sees her. I'm suprised he hasn't been too rough with her yet. He's actually pretty sweet. It was the cutest thing for those of you who know Parker know that he loves his binki and I don't give it to him except for when he sleeps so when he has it he cherishes every moment. Well yesterday when he was sleeping we put her in the crib with him to see what he would do when he woke up. Right when he did he took his binki out and stuck it in her mouth. It was so funny. He's already learning how to share with his little sister.

WHO IS WHO? Besides the big purple bow and blue blanket I think it would be hard to tell. When she was born it really felt like deja vu because she looked exactly how Parker did. Now she has her own look but I really think that Parker and Kennidi could be twins.

Here's Kennidi all scrunched up her first day home. So far everything is going really great. My mom has been here helping us, bless her heart, so I've been able to get some sleep. I'm feeling really good except that I forgot how PAINFUL the first week or so of breastfeeding is. Man alive! I can't complain though she eats really well and I took her in today and she is already back up to her birth weight. Yah! She really brings such a sweet spirit in our home, I'm so glad she's here!
