Never say never

I have always said that I would never be caught dead driving a mini-van because lets face it they are not the coolest cars to drive. Lets just say that kids change everything. We bought this mini-van last week and believe it or not I abosutely love it. It's pretty amazing. Mike made sure to get one that was loaded with everything to ease me into wanting to drive it. Its used of course but the owner kept it in excellent condition. We decided to get this because even though we just have Parker and baby girl on the way we needed something bigger and safer especially for going on trips. So I'm loving it and it really is a nice car to have when you have kids. The only thing that I can't get over is that I'm 22 and I'm driving a mini-van. I mean who does this? I'll get over it though. On the plus side if anyone wants to have a night out on the town. Party is in my mini-van. I can seat seven!!Oh and between you and me the number of times I get hit on in my car has already doubled this week. Haha!
We took Parker to his first Dbacks game last night. Thanks to a lawyer at Mike's office we had awesome seats right behind home plate. I wasn't sure if bringing Parker was such a good idea because all he wants to do is walk everywhere but it ended up being a really fun family night. We got lucky and the seats next to us were empty so Parker loved having his own personal seat. It was so funny he kept standing up and laughing and smiling at everyone behind us. I swear this kid loves people. I don't know if that is a good thing or if its bad that he is so friendly.

It's a Girl!!!

K so I'm a little behind on my blog. We found out last week that we are having a baby girl. We are so excited. We both thought that I was having a girl so it wasn't too much of a suprise. We don't have a name yet but we are working together to come up with one. Hopefully it will be soon. We went up to my cabin this weekend with my whole family and I have a ton of neices so Parker got some one on one experience with little girls. It was really cute seeing him play with them but at the same time it made me nervous because he loves babies and he has no concept of personal bondries. He kept climbing on them and grabbing their faces. I can tell I am going to have my hands full with this next baby. Here is Parker with cute little Waverly. We went to Mexico a couple weeks ago with our friends for the weekend and enjoyed the beach and good food.
Parker and Tate loved playing on the beach with their sand toys.
We also went camping again this time with Mike's family.
Parker is now 11 months. I can't believe how big he is getting. He really has quite a unique personality just like his dad. We have a lot of fun with him. He's now walking all around the house. He just started getting the hang of it this week. He looks so cute wabbling around everywhere.
